After a distinguished fifteen-year career in the Nigerian banking sector, she transitioned in January 2017 into agriculture, focusing on crop production including tomatoes, peppers, okra, and sweet corn. Her work on the farm deepened her appreciation for natural ecosystems, where she observed the growth of indigenous plants often classified as weeds but historically recognized for their nutritional and therapeutic value for both humans and animals.
In 2019, she faced a significant personal health challenge, experiencing severe and recurring migraines that required frequent medical consultations and ongoing treatment. Despite specialist care, her condition persisted and significantly affected her quality of life.
A pivotal turning point came later that year when a physician encouraged her to reassess her diet and lifestyle habits. By eliminating highly processed foods and adopting consistent daily exercise and hydration routines, she experienced a remarkable improvement in her health. This transformation sparked a deeper interest in nutrition and complementary approaches to wellness.
Motivated by both personal experience and a growing passion for holistic health, she began her journey into Complementary and Alternative Medicine. She pursued professional training under Professor Sunday Baderinwa, a specialist in Acupuncture and Complementary Medicine affiliated with Medicina Alternativa Open University in Sri Lanka. She has since trained as an Alternative Medicine Practitioner, specializing in acupuncture.
Her work today reflects a multidisciplinary path that combines corporate discipline from her banking career, agricultural insight into natural systems and a strong commitment to lifestyle-focused wellness. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through integrative approaches that emphasize nutrition and preventive care.
